Hall County Chapter of GA Society of Medical Assistants earns TWO first place awards!

At the Georgia State Society of Medical Assistants meeting, the Hall County Chapter received TWO first place awards! First place for greatest percentage increase of Certified Medical Assistants in Georgia, and first place for the greatest percentage of Certified Medical Assistants in Georgia!

The Hall County Chapter includes all of Lanier Technical College’s service areas. Sabrina Edge, a Lanier Tech MA graduate, accepted the awards for the GSMA Hall County Chapter. Many Lanier Tech Medical Assisting graduates also attended the state conference.

Lanier Technical College offers a wide variety of healthcare programs, including Medical Assisting, at three campuses, including the Forsyth Campus.

Also, the Hall County Chapter was selected to host the 2018 Georgia State Society of Medical Assistants Conference.
