Hall County Man Arrested For Child Molestation
Police say he fondled two children on two different occasions in August.
GAINESVILLE, GA — A Hall County man was arrested Thursday, charged with two counts of child molestation.
Jose Francisco Viera-Pirir, 31, of Gainesville, was taken into custody by Hall County Sheriff's Office deputies.
According to the sheriff's office, Viera-Pirir inappropriately fondled two minor children on two separate occasions, between August 1-15.

The incidents were investigated by the Criminal Investigations Division of the sheriff's office and a warrant was obtained for Viera-Pirir's arrest on November 1.
He was arrested without incident and booked in at the Hall County Jail. Law enforcement officials say this case remains under investigation by Hall County Sheriff's office.
