Heavy Police Presence After Masked Man Spotted at The Collection
A bank teller told deputies she thought she saw a man crouching outside wearing a mask.

CUMMING, GA β A heavier than usual law-enforcement presence was out Wednesday morning at The Collection, after a masked man was reportedly spotted at the shopping center.
Wednesday morning, a teller at the BB&T Bank in the open-air mall told deputies she saw what she believed to be a masked man crouching outside the bank, according to Forsyth County Sheriff's Office spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez.
The woman reportedly locked herself in the bank and called 911.

As a result, patrols were beefed up in the area around The Collection. Law enforcement searched for about 45 minutes, but didn't find anyone who matched the suspect's description.
The man in question is believed to have left the area and the public is not believed to be in any danger, Rodriguez said.
