House Hunt: 5 Deals Of The Week In Cumming

Forsyth County is leading the state out of the housing recession and builders nationwide are watching with an intent eye on just how we are doing it. Builders are back and prices are right!

This week, three of the five deals are brand new homes that make buying a new home easier than ever. Prices are low, interest rates are low and demand has only recently just begun to rise. In tennis circles, its called the sweet spot. To all the fence sitters out there, here's some breaking news. Get off the fence. Builders are getting aggressive against foreclosure prices. They are pricing homes only dollars away from a distressed property.

I believe this is the time for, "Wish I would haves" to be born.

In two years people everywhere will be crying out the words we have all heard our parents and grandparents muttered, "I wish I would have bought that property!" So many times we listened to the stories of family members, back in the day, talk about that piece of property they could have gotten for rock bottom prices. Don't become the new generation of "I wish I would haves!"

Now is the time to take advantage of a few deals--this week we focus on five Cumming homes that are considered "deals of the week" from $69,900 to $239,000.

Remember the new homes will be priced at the latest sale values to meet the comps. But the quality and features will be much less. These types of deals are the ones that never last long.
