In Memoriam: Sarah Helen Griggs, 88

Sarah Helen Griggs, 88, of Cumming passed away on May 27, 2013.

Born in Carrollton, she was the daughter of the late Wiley and Mary Driver.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lester Lee Griggs, in 1995.

She is survived by her stepson, Edward (Jane) Griggs of Tiger; stepson, Larry (Jean) Griggs of Cumming; stepson, Roger C. Griggs of Mobile, AL; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 am on Thursday, May 30 at Antioch Baptist Church in Cumming and Rev. Travis Bridgeman will officiate.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at McDonald & Son Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth.
