Interactive Exhibit on Third World Poverty Comes to Cumming

The exhibit follows the lives of children growing up in developing nations and brings home the hardships that they face.

A Cumming church will soon play host to a gripping and informative interactive exhibit which depicts the realities of third world poverty but also provides a message of hope.

“Change the Story: The Compassion Experience” will be at Mountain Lake Church on Dahlonega Highway in Cumming from Feb. 20 - 24. The 3,000 sq. ft. exhibit allows visitors to experience everyday life in Uganda, India, and Bolivia, and come to terms with the conditions faced by the poor in those nations.

A child from each country will narrate his or her story, detailing a life that began in poverty but is now filled with hope, Change the Story said. It should take about an hour to get the full experience.
