A resident of Cumming, June Jeanette Burgett will be greatly missed by those who shared life with her.
June Jeanette Burgett, 95, of Cumming, passed away on April 27, 2013. Born in Ceresco, MI she is preceded in death by her parents, George and Grace Lobig; son, Brad Burgett. June taught at Cushman School in Miami, Florida for 32 years where she greatly impacted the lives of her students and fellow teachers. She will be greatly missed by those who shared life with her.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Monte and Cheryl Burgett of Cumming, GA; sister, Phyllis Roe of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Monte Burgett, Jr. of Marine City, MI, Jessica Burgett of Cumming, GA, and Dawn Burgett of Asheville, NC; great-grandchildren, Treyse and Madeline of Marine City, MI.
The family will hold a private memorial service in Ceresco, MI.
