Kid's Thank You Note, Other Good News At Forsyth Sheriff's Office

CUMMING, GA — Forsyth Sheriff's School Resource Officer DFC Joy Hubbard was recently handed a personal note, with a fun gift attached, by one of the students at Sharon Elementary School. Talk about making her day.

"Thank you Adelyn, we think you are soooo awesome too," reads a post on the sheriff's Facebook page.

Last week VFW Post 9143 presented Lieutenant Scotty Spriggs with their “Law Enforcement Award,” which recognizes the recipient for their unyielding adherence to the highest ideals of Law Enforcement. Congratulations Lt. Spriggs!

The sheriff's office held their March swearing in ceremony and welcomed seven new members to our FCSO family, including four sworn and three civilian.

Recently Sheriff Freeman and the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners recognized Sgt. Daniel Thomas for achieving 25 years of service with the county. Congratulations Sgt. Thomas and thank you for your service!
