Lambert High School Teacher Charged With Sex Assault
Authorities say the former math teacher had sexual relations with a 17-year-old female student.
CUMMING, GA — A former teacher at Lambert High School has been arrested on charges he had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.
John David Ubriaco, 33, is charged with two counts of felony sexual assault.
He was arrested Friday and is being held at the Forsyth County Detention Center, according to the sheriff's office.

Ubriaco had taught math at Lambert High since August 2016. He resigned last Tuesday, according to school officials. He is a resident of Dawson County.
