Love Running? Cumming Valentine's Day 15K Approaching

Runners, walkers, and fitness lovers are invited out to Totally Running in Cumming to take part in a combined 15K, 5K, and half mile fun run on Valentine’s Day.

Registration and packet pick up for the 3rd annual Cupcake Road Race 15/5K and Baby Cake Run will open on Friday at 11 a.m. and last until 7 p.m. at Totally Running at 405 Peachtree Parkway. The 15K costs $65, the 5K costs $45, and the Baby Cake Run (for kids 10 and under) costs $15. Each Baby Cake Run participant will receive a cupcake, according to the race’s RunGeorgia page.

Head over to Totally Running at 6 a.m. on Saturday to register for the race or pick up a packet if you haven’t yet. The 15K race kicks off at 7:30 a.m and has a two and a half hour time limit. The 5K gets underway at 7:45, while the fun run will commence at 8:45.

During and after the race, there will be a finish line celebration at Totally Running. Awards will be handed out to the top three male and female finishers, the overall female and male masters, and top three male and female finishers in each age group.
