FORSYTH COUNTY, GA — A man has been arrested for 25 counts of entering vehicles and Facebook posts led to his felony arrest, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
Keith Romero Laird is believed to have been responsible for entering autos in the Polo Fields subdivision, July 12 and 13, in which an AR-15 was recovered from a residence. He is also believed to have been involved with cases in the Benefield Rd., Blackstock Mill subdivision area, in the early morning hours of May 15, according to the sheriff's office. As of Friday, Laird was being held in the Forsyth County Detention Center.
"Once again another suspect finds out FOCO is not the place to commit criminal acts," reads the sheriff's office Facebook post. "You may run, you may run really hard and fast, you may run to your Momma's house, you may run to your girlfriend's house, you may run like Forest Gump or in this case you may run out-of-state to Ohio. Guess we should have told you US Marshal's go there also.....had to be a long ride back to Georgia....."
