Here are the top three stories today in Cumming:
- Brian Keith Harris, 52, was arrested July 9 on felony charges of rape, aggravated assault and theft of an automobile. The responding officer said the victim was "crying uncontrollably stating she had been raped and abused by the man next door," who she identified as Harris. - Sawnee EMC will celebrate 84 years July 16.
