Movie Filming Will Cause Traffic Delays

Filming for a new movie starring Jack Black will affect the flow of traffic in Forsyth, Jackson, and Hall Counties on Wednesday.

Forsyth County News reports that shooting for “Goosebumps” will be taking place along Dawsonville Highway on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Traffic will be stopped for five minutes at the most while crews shoot long shots of cars driven by stunt people.

In Forsyth County, delays for filming will begin at Dogwood Path and continue to Little Hall Road in Hall County. Other sections affected by filming include Lake Ranch Court to Marina Drive in Hall County, and a section of the Jefferson Bypass between Galilee Church Road and Park Street.

Star watchers will not be rewarded during Wednesday’s filming, as neither Jack Black nor any principal actors in the movie will be in the area.
