'Love My Best Friend More Than Life Itself ': Mother's Day Photos

CUMMING, GA — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Georgia to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are, they'll always be your babies!

Cumming resident Dawn Pendley sent us this beautiful photo of her with her daughters, Nikki Shirley, Carly Rhoden and her, as they celebrated Easter in Cumming this year.

"I love my beautiful daughter's more than life itself. They both are wonderful loving mothers. The picture of myself and Carly alone was taken in Canton at a friend's home about 9/10 years ago. It depicts our similarities more than any other picture we've ever had taken."
