UPDATE: Images Released of Suspected Alpharetta Bank Robber
The suspect allegedly robbed a bank in Alpharetta's Midway community at around 3:20 p.m. Monday, deputies said.

UPDATE: The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has released images of a man they say robbed a bank in Alpharetta on Monday afternoon.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, this man, driving a silver Ford Taurus, drove up to the United Community Bank at 5125 Atlanta Highway in the Midway community at roughly 3:20 p.m. and demanded money. Deputies were notified by 3:24 p.m. and were at the bank two minutes later, the Sheriff’s Office said.

According to the office’s Facebook page, a person walked into the United Community Bank at 5125 Atlanta Highway in the Midway community at approximately 3:20 p.m. and demanded money from the teller. The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived.
The Sheriff’s Office says it is combing the area searching for the suspect. They say that the suspect is driving a silver Ford Taurus. Anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts should contact 911.
