Water Damage Restoration Technician, SERVPRO

Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.

Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customer are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly.

Field Service Representative, AkzoNobel 

The Field Service Representative (FSR) will visit The Home Depot stores within an assigned territory as scheduled and will perform the following on behalf of AkzoNobel: Merchandise and stock brochures and color chips, clean and maintain color displays. Merchandise and maintain Glidden Paint, Sikkens & Flood Stain and Liquid Nails on shelf, including stocking and facing. Maintain product presentation to ensure brand integrity. Assist with product resets and display retrofits as scheduled. Provide product knowledge to store associates and assist store customers. In-store product ordering and inventory counting.

Monitor ordering system, verify inventory counts (change if necessary) request more product if necessary. Maintain working relationships with store associates and management. Requires late evening, nighttime and early morning availability any day of the week. Generally scheduled 39 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.
