North Forsyth Joins Student Broadcast Program
High school students can learn to produce TV events.

North Forsyth High School is among the nine new members in Georgia of a national school broadcast program.
The program allows schools to produce and stream TV-like sporting events and school activities for live and on-demand viewing via a school portal on the NFHS Network.
Eighty-six schools in Georgia now participate in the program, which is typically part of a broadcast class curriculum or afterschool club. It provides students training and live production experience.
“Georgia high schools have a unique opportunity to be part of the NFHS Network with all of its educational benefits and opportunities for exposure,” says Mark Rothberg, Director of the Sports Broadcast Program.
