On the first day of the course, students were taught about ethical business decisions and why they are important, and were encouraged to discuss what they had just learned. On the second day, students ran a simulation of a business environment, where students had to make difficult but ethical decisions and then explain their actions to a panel of local business leaders.
The training session was coordinated by Forsyth County Schools Workforce Development.
