Pinecrest Academy, a PreK3 through 12th grade Catholic School in Cumming, Georgia, graduated 55 members of its Class of 2014 on Saturday morning, May 17, 2014, during an on-campus Graduation ceremony that welcomed about 400 family and friends.
Valedictorians were Sophia Skokanic for the girls and Ray Herbert for the boys, both of whom gave speeches reflecting on their many years at Pinecrest Academy. Salutatorians were Lizzie Stubbs for the girls and Jack Meersman for the boys.
The evening prior, the class was celebrated during the school's traditional Baccalaureate Mass, highlighted by speeches from Integer Award recipients, Lizzie Stubbs and Jack Meersman.

The Pinecrest Academy Class of 2014 received $3,863,711 in scholarship awards from 54 colleges and universities across the country. And, reflecting Pinecrest’s commitment to service, five of the college-accepted students chose to defer college to give six months or a year of service to the Catholic Church throughout the world. They include Cole Doxtader, Michael Houlihan, Nicole Madda, Yasmin Martins and Monica Tran.
Most recently, the Class of 2014 embarked on a senior mission trip to Nicaragua, where they served people in the village of Chinandega.
