Police: Man Shot Multiple Times Friday Morning

A man was shot multiple times Friday morning in what deputies believe was a domestic incident, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies are working at the scene off Alton Avenue.

The adult male victim was transported to an area hospital.

“Detectives are speaking with a person of interest, an adult female, at this time and the firearm is secured,” according to a note at FCSO on Facebook.

There is no danger to the public, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
