Redistricting Timeline for Elementary and Middle Schools
Changes for the 2016-2017 school year will relieve overcrowding and populate Brandywine Elementary and DeSana Middle schools.

Forsyth County Schools will be moving attendance lines for the 2016-2017 school year at several elementary and middle schools, and they’re looking for community input.
The changes are expected to relieve overcrowding and populate Brandywine Elementary and DeSana Middle, which will open in August 2016.

- Big Creek ES, Daves Creek, Haw Creek ES, Mashburn ES, Midway ES, Shiloh Point ES and Vickery Creek ES.
- Piney Grove MS, South Forsyth MS and Vickery Creek MS
High school redistricting discussion will occur fall 2017 for the opening of Denmark High in 2018.
Rising 5th and 8th grade students will have the option to complete an Out of District Request December 2015 to stay at their current school for next school year for one year. Parents will have to provide transportation.
