Search for Missing Teen Shifts From Lake Lanier
The young man has been missing since a Forsyth sheriff's deputy broke up an illegal drinking party Tuesday morning.

Authorities in Forsyth County are taking their search for a missing teenager away from Lake Lanier after finding little evidence that the young man may have drowned, CBS Atlanta reports.
The teenager, who has yet to be identified, was allegedly attending an illegal drinking party at Two Mile Creek Park when a Forsyth County sheriff’s deputy arrived to end the event just after midnight on Tuesday. Authorities said that some 20 people were at the party and scattered when the deputy appeared.
Initially, three teenagers were unaccounted for after the party, but two young women were discovered to be alive and well Tuesday afternoon. The Forsyth County Fire Department and Sheriff’s Office worked with the county’s Geographic Information Services, the state Department of Natural Resources, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to canvas the lake for the missing man, who was thought to have run to a cove near the park.
