Intro To SUP
Our Intro To Sup class is a 60 minute long class focusing on the basics of SUP. This class is perfect for beginners or those that want to improve their paddle techniques. The class will begin with paddle basics, turning techniques, safety and time on the water perfecting the skills.

SUP Yoga
Our SUP Yoga class is a 90-minute class starting with a quick lesson in paddle basics then a 60-minute yoga class on the board. Students will enjoy paddling out to a quiet spot on the lake; we’ll anchor our boards and begin with pranayama. SUP Yoga includes a variety of yoga poses. We’ll provide modifications to accommodate all levels. We will take a few quiet moments before paddling back; experiencing savasana on the water is something you’ll never forget. Beginners and advanced alike will enjoy this fun and challenging class.

For both classes, we suggest you wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting wet, as well as sunscreen, a hat, strap for your sunglasses, and bring a towel. Come to class well hydrated and ready to laugh and have fun!
