Students from Carrington Academy in Cumming Donate Food and Gifts to Benefit Community Members in Need
Students collected and donated more than 150 cans of nonperishable food and 30 gifts

Students from Carrington Academy on Kelly Mill Road in Cumming recently held a food drive, during which they collected and donated 160 cans of food to Faith Baptist Church – just in time for the holidays. Students also collected and donated 30 toys to benefit Toys for Tots, a gift drive run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program’s mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute the toys as gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
