Vietnam Veterans Of America Installs New Officers
The Cumming Chapter 1030 of the Vietnam Veterans of America installed a new slate of officers on March 3.

CUMMING, GA — Cumming Chapter 1030 of the Vietnam Veterans of America has installed a new slate of officers.
The four individuals were elected at the organization’s March 3 monthly meeting, with two returning to their positions, one in a different post and one is a brand-new member of the leadership team.
Gary Goyette is returning as president; Jim Kirley, formerly the chapter secretary is
taking on the position of vice president; Kevin Curry will continue as treasurer; and Dave
Burns assumes duties as the new secretary. Both Goyette and Curry are beginning their second terms.

Goyette said he is confident that he speaks for the new leadership team in expressing his gratitude for the vote of confidence from the membership.
VVA Chapter 1030 meets at 7 p.m. on the first Monday of each month at AA Driving Academy, located at 432 Canton Highway in Cumming. All Vietnam Era Veterans are invited to attend.
