Women's Self Defense Class Offered Larger Space in Cumming
Forsyth sheriff's deputies will lead the wildly-popular class, which will be held later next month.

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has been offered a larger space in which to conduct its next women’s self defense class.
According to the sheriff’s office, the March 24 class will be held between 6 and 8:30 p.m. inside the Hampton Park Library on Settingdown Road in Cumming. Women aged 12 and up are welcome to participate. Women who attend the class will be allowed to practice the physical self-defense techniques, but physical activities are not mandatory.
Classes have historically filled up quickly, so contact Dep. Epifanio Rodriguez at ERodriguez@forsythco.com before it’s too late.
