College Notes: Dacula Students Make Honors Lists for Fall 2014

Two Dacula students were among the 150 outstanding high school seniors invited to attend Georgia Southern University’s 10th Annual Southern Scholars Showcase recently in Statesboro, Ga.

Jack Giles and Spencer Manuel attended the unique invitation-only event that provided incoming students the opportunity to meet Georgia Southern President Brooks A. Keel, Ph.D., learn more about student organizations, participate in campus and residence hall tours, and interview for a variety of academic scholarships and the University Honors Program.

Brenau University Dean’s List Fall 2014

• Rebecca J. Jarrett, a sophomore majoring in health science and English
• Mary Achangwo Lekeaka, a senior majoring in nursing
