Remarks: Multiple food storage containers, plates, colanders with food residue on surface. Items re-located to dishwashing area to be re-washed. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight & touch. Food stored less than 6 inches off the floor in freezer. Container with hydrating mushrooms at warewashing sink. Mushrooms re-located to vegetable prep sink. Cup without a handle in soy sauce. Pots and pans stacked wet. Floors under shelving at dry storage area with build up. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.

Deodorant and baby cologne improperly stored. Facility had a bimetallic and infrared thermometer. Spoke with PIC about obtaining a digital thermometer.
