Dacula Votes 2014: Woodall, Martin, Hice Win Big
Republicans had a big day on Election Day.

If the results of a “totally unscientific political poll” posted on the City of Dacula website mean anything, Dacula voters will lean heavily Republican in today’s general election.
The city recently conducted a survey asking citizens their voting preferences, and 69 percent they have voted or will vote for Gov. Nathan Deal, 73 percent preferred David Perdue over Michelle Nunn in the U.S. Senate race.
Only 2 percent said they didn’t expect to vote this election.

The poll ended up pretty accurate with Deal and Perdue both winning rather easily Tuesday.

Thomas Wight (D) — 34.53%
US Rep, District 10
Jody Hice (R) — 66.35%
Kenneth Dious (D) — 33.65%
State Senate, District 9
P.K. Martin (R) — 66.96%
Timothy Andrew Swiney (D) — 33.04%
