No one was injured in the incident.

Black, 26, is being charged with aggravated assault upon a peace officer, police said in a news release. The two woman have cooperated in the investigation and have not been charged.

According to a police, deputies from Gwinnett and Walton counties were serving the warrant for a female suspect around 6 p.m. Monday at 4960 Braselton Highway just before the incident happened.

The deputies noticed a suspicious car parked toward the back of the property and when they approached, the car sped off around the house and through the front yard.

Police said the car was allegedly headed toward a Gwinnett deputy, who fired a shot that struck the windshield. However, the car continued on down Braselton Highway toward Flowery Branch Road. Police found the car later, but there was no sign that any of the occupants had been hit.

Police said the car Black was driving was reported stolen out of Florida.

The female who was originally sought was taken into custody. She was not in the vehicle, police said.
