Inside police reports: A closer look at Gwinnett Police incidents near Dacula.

A home specialist who was to make repairs at an area home to prepare it to be sold after an eviction said when he arrived he found the kitchen was left bare — even the kitchen sink was taken.
According to a Gwinnett Police incident report, the thefts were reported Feb. 2 at a home on Still Hill Lane in an unincorporated area of the county near Tribble Mill Park. This is in an area between Dacula, Grayson and Lawrenceville.

The man said he believed the former owner, who was evicted Feb. 1, took the items: stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as the cabinets and sink. But when the Gwinnett Sheriff’s Office went to the house on the eviction day, all of the items were also missing at that time.
The items were valued at more than $3,000, the police report stated.
