Terrapin Station, the head shop on Church Street with the bright yellow brick wall, had papered up its windows as of Tuesday, Decatur Metro reports. The business first opened in 2013, occupying the former Mingei Arts studio. “Terrapin Station” is the name of The Grateful Dead’s ninth studio album, released in 1977.
