17 Year Old Threatens To Shoot Up Notre Dame Academy: Police
A 17 year old was arrested Tuesday after threatening to shoot up Notre Dame Academy in Duluth, according to the Duluth Police Department.

DULUTH, GA — A 17 year old was arrested Tuesday after threatening to shoot up Notre Dame Academy in Duluth, according to the Duluth Police Department. Police say he also threatened to bomb the school in February.
Joe Mentesena was arrested at around 1:20 p.m. at the school after police say he texted threats and also tossed tables and threatened other students Monday. He is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Jail. Mentesena is charged with making terroristic threats.
The school called the police Tuesday, Officer Ted Sadowski told Patch, after the threats occurred Monday and concerned parents reached out to the school for action.
