• Meet the Gwinnett County teachers of the year for 2028 (thegeorgiasun.com) — Duluth schools are celebrating standout educators, with Duluth High naming Lisa McKay and Duluth Middle honoring Anthony Baglio as their 2028 Teachers of the Year. They're among more than 150 Gwinnett County teachers recognized by colleagues and now move into a countywide selection process that will culminate in a January 2027 banquet and a districtwide top teacher.
