Question - How do you propose to improve communication with the citizens of Duluth?

“A city does not reach its potential until it fully engages its citizens”

A common theme in my campaign message has been to be “A Voice for the People”.  I understand your concerns are well founded otherwise you would not be voicing them.  My opponent stated in the Candidate Forum on October 15th that those who have concerns are whiners.

I propose to implement the following:

·         Engage our citizens by listening to their concerns

·         Cultivate an open environment with more opportunities for citizens to voice their concerns/opinions prior to a final vote by council

·         I work with you in order to reach obtainable solutions
