  1. If you or your child is an 8th grader this year, and they have a big passion for the arts, encourage the creativity by applying to the SOTA magnet program at Central Gwinnett next school year! There are two different programs to choose from, one of which requires an audition and a portfolio. (Press Release Desk )
  2. Gwinnett police are currently investigating a shooting that happened late Thursday night at a bar near the Mall of Georgia in Buford. If you have any information regarding this crime, reach out to Crime Stoppers. (WSB Atlanta)
  3. Peachtree Corners just unveiled some new autonomous shuttles on their streets. There are currently five routes and eight busses in the trial run of the new "smart city" initiative. Hopefully Gwinnett County can use these county-wide in the near future! (CBS46 News Atlanta)
  4. A man from Canton who has dementia is considered missing and his pickup truck was spotted in Gwinnett County. Officials are asking you to reach out if you have any information on the man's whereabouts. (CBS46 News Atlanta)
