A man was shot and killed in a Snellville home invasion Monday, the second home break-in reported in the area in a couple of days. Kemar Hawkins, 27, was shot in his home just after 4 a.m., police say.
Delta Worker Charged With Smuggling Thousands In Cash
A Delta Air Lines employee and his wife are facing federal charges that they smuggled hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash to California through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, according to a media report. Federal officials also allege that the Delta employee attempted to bribe security workers at the airport.

2 More Arrests In Violent 'Takeover-Style' Bank Robbery: FBI
Two more men have been arrested in a violent armed bank robbery that occurred on June 28. The robbers were armed with handguns and an AR-15 when they held up a United Bank in Woodbury, according to the FBI.
Traffic Alert: Bridge Work In Downtown Atlanta
As part of the Courtland Street Bridge Replacement Project, construction workers this weekend will close a portion of Decatur Street in downtown Atlanta to set 21 steel beams across three bridge spans above the street, the Georgia Department of Transportation said.
