Georgia 100 Best Public High Schools: 2019 Edition

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science & Technology in Lawrenceville ranks No. 13 among the best public high schools for 2019 in the United States, according to a new set of rankings released by data compiler Niche.com this week. Two Georgia high schools made the list of the 100 best public schools in the country.

The rankings were released as part of Niche’s 2019 K-12 rankings. Northview High School in Johns Creek was ranked No. 91 in the country.

Four of the state's top schools are in Fulton County, and the other six top places went to schools in Gwinnett, Forsyth, Cobb, and Muscogee counties.

According to Niche, the best public high school in the country is Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in Aurora, Illinois.
