• Atlanta mayor to introduce citywide surveillance rules after audit flags 79 APD Flock camera searches (atlantanewsfirst.com) — New surveillance rules proposed at Atlanta City Hall could shape how license plate readers and other public safety cameras are used in neighborhoods like East Atlanta. Mayor Andre Dickens plans an ordinance to lock APD safeguards into city law, after an audit flagged a small fraction of Flock camera searches for review. Residents will have chances to weigh in during upcoming council sessions.
