• Lanes Reopen After Overturned Tractor-Trailer Forces Closure In DeKalb (patch.com) — A tractor-trailer overturned Thursday on Moreland Avenue at Thurman Drive in East Atlanta, shutting down the road between Henrico and East Conley roads and blocking I-285 exits to Moreland. DeKalb County Police urged drivers to avoid the area during cleanup, and all lanes were reopened by around 4 p.m. as the cause of the crash remained under investigation.
