Cobb County officials will not file charges against a North Cobb High School student whose vile, racist electronic message caused a firestorm among parents, students and administrators, Patch has learned. The message, attributed to a 16-year-old student, said that he wanted to "exterminate" African-Americans and that he wished he could have been the one to assassinate President Abraham Lincoln for freeing African-Americans from slavery.
