Families of all kinds are invited to learn about the early history of hot air balloons as witnessed by Hapeville’s founding father’s daredevil brother, Albert Hape. Come learn about Albert and his assorted hot air balloons he flew over 1800s Georgia, watch a DIY craft demonstration and participate in our workshop making your own paper hot air balloons.
