It’s brutal. It makes you challenge everything you ever knew about love and dating. Then there’s the scene where Drew Barrymore talks about dating over social media and everything in your life makes sense.

Valentine’s Day

You can hate on Taylor Swift all you want, but this movie is hilarious. Enjoy it. Take it with a grain of salt and move on.

The Time Traveler’s Wife

Be prepared to cry. Rachel McAdams plays a woman who marries a time traveler. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry and you’ll cry some more.

How to Marry a Millionaire

Marilyn was in her prime during this movie when three women team up, buy nice clothes and a fancy apartment in hopes of scoring a rich husband.

You’ve Got Mail

I don’t just write this because Patch is a division of AOL and AOL plays a central role in this movie. It’s Meg Ryan. It’s Tom Hanks. What more do you want?

Ghost

The next two movies are in honor of two of the hottest men to ever walk the Earth. There is nothing better in the world than Patrick Swayze in Ghost except for maybe Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing. If, God forbid, you aren’t a Swayze fan, you can watch this to remember Demi Moore before she was the ex Ms. Ashton Kutcher.

10 Things I Hate About You

RIP Heath Ledger. Another beautiful person (at least on the outside) gone before he made a sequel.

Wall-E

There’s something about Wall-E that beats out most other romantic themes for movies. Maybe it’s because I went to see it on a first date. Maybe I’m far too attached to my Apple products (Eve/Apple, you all go “ohhh” as everyone puts that together.)
