Charter's Student Government Has Big Year
Cherokee Charter Academy opened in August 2011 and has now completed its fifth year.
It was a school year that included multiple projects to help Cherokee Charter Academy and the community-at-large, including distributing goody bags to needy seniors, gift bags for troops overseas and purchasing picnic tables for the school. CCA Student Government Association was also proud to cap the year by raising $361 for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue. SGA raised the money by selling doughnuts at school.
