Creekland Middle School Academic Bowl Team Heading to National Championship
Creekland MS Academic Bowl Team qualified to compete in the US Academic Bee and Bowl Championship May 20-22.
The Creekland MS Academic Bowl Team emerged undefeated Saturday at the US Academic Bee & Bowl tournament held in Johns Creek, GA and has qualified to compete in the US Academic Bee & Bowl Championship May 20-22 in Arlington, VA. Additionally, Team Captain Justin Bolsen placed first in the individual competition, beating 30 students from the elite corps of Academic Bowl teams.
"Our congratulations to all teachers and staff whose knowledge and dedication continues to play a part in the success of this team, and our sincere gratitude to our parents for their endless support," said coach Mark Nazemzadeh.
