*The Oasis Cafe at the Cherokee County Aquatic Center was cited for:

-Observed employee handling hot dog with bare hands. Gloves must be worn when handling food in a ready to eat form.

-Observed pre-made sandwiches (ham, turkey) in reach-in with no dates. Sandwiches received frozen with instructions to use within 7 days of thaw date. Sandwiches must be date marked when pulled for thaw.

-Heavy presence of flies in food concession area. Service window propped open due to volume of customers. Additional measures must be taken to control flies (suggest air curtain/fly fan at outdoor order window).
