Partnering With Parents to Build a Love of Learning

The Sargent family: Greg, Lori, Hallie and Abigail have been a Primrose Family for almost five months. Hallie is a student in our Explorers class. Abigail is a student in our Early Preschool class. The Sargent’s have 2 pets: Jasper (dog) and Spencer (cat).

They enjoy their yearly trips to Destin to play on the beach. They build sand castles, swim in the ocean, and go to the amusement park. Their favorite hobbies include, kayaking, camping, playing at the park and swimming.

Some fun facts about the family are that they LOVE the color Orange! Mommy loves the Clemson Tigers and Daddy loves Tennessee Vols! Another neat fact is that Greg, Hallie and Abigail were all born in the same hospital.

The Sargent’s have really valued the planned structure and communication for Abby (Abigail). They also really value all the time Ms. Jo spends with Hallie helping her with homework in Afterschool Care. They feel the (Primrose) program is more educationally sound than traditional daycare where the children are simply in a babysitting environment.
