Mr. Arena has worked in the Kentucky Governor’s office under both Republican and Democrat administrations. Having served in the US Army Security Agency with Top Secret clearance, Richard has real life experience with State and Federal government agencies. A Georgia resident since 1975, Richard is currently the President of Impact Enterprises, LLC in Roswell, GA.
