Science Matters!

Cherokee Charter Academy is a SACS accredited, tuition-free public charter school educating students in grades K-8.

Matter (the substance or substances of which any physical object consists or is composed) was all that mattered for second-graders for one fun-filled day at Cherokee Charter Academy. It all started with a super cold demonstration with liquid nitrogen. Then students observed changes in matter by adding and taking away heat. Finally, what really mattered – making ice cream!
