What's Open, Closed on Christmas, New Year's Day in Holly Springs
Here's what you can expect as we prepare to close out 2015.

Holly Springs, GA -- Residents who may need to take care of some last-minute issues with the city of Holly Springs and Cherokee County will have a short window of opportunity to do so this week.
Thatβs because the city of Holly Springs will close operations for Christmas Eve, Dec. 24 and Christmas Day, Dec. 25. Things will return to a normal schedule on Monday, Dec 28.
However, the city will once again close Friday, Jan. 1, 2016, for New Yearβs Day. You can expect things to return to normal on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016.

Cherokee County administrative offices will also come to a halt on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Monday, Dec. 28. The county will reopen for business on Tuesday, Dec. 29, but will close again Jan. 1, 2016, for New Yearβs Day.
The Cherokee County School District, including all schools and administrative offices, are closed for the winter break between Dec. 21 and Jan 1, 2016.

Administrative offices and schools will re-open Monday, Jan. 4 for a teacher and staff development workday, and classes for students will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016.
The Sequoyah Regional Library System will close its branches Dec. 23-26, and will reopen on Monday, Dec. 28. It will also close its facilities at 5 p.m. New Yearβs Eve, and will be closed for New Yearβs Day.
